We stand behind every Exanas bread bag with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to make it right.
HOW IT WORKS
If something's wrong with your order, email us at support@exanas.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please include a photo. We'll review your request and reply within 1–2 business days.
In most cases you will NOT need to ship anything back. We'll resolve it in the way that works best for you — usually a free replacement or a refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
CHANGE OF MIND / NOT SATISFIED
If the product simply isn't right for you, reach out within 30 days and we'll work with you on a fair solution, which may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Digital products (such as downloadable guides), gift cards, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for a refund.
UK STATUTORY RIGHTS
Customers in the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right to cancel an order for any reason. This is in addition to, and does not limit, the 30-day guarantee above. To exercise this right, contact support@exanas.com.
REFUNDS
Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@exanas.com.
